Yes. The figure on screen is the amount payable, broken into base amount, platform fee and GST, so you can see exactly what you are paying for before you commit.
What happens if the officer does not turn up?
Raise an issue against the booking and our team steps in with the agency. Because check-in is tracked against the shift you paid for, a no-show is a matter of record rather than a disputed phone call.
